What do you sell?
Original paper stationery and desk tools — notebooks, journals, planners, index cards, refills, clips, trays and storage. Everything is our own design. We do not sell digital downloads, courses, or any academic or exam services.
What currency are prices in?
All prices and charges are in US Dollars (USD), wherever you are in the world. Your bank or card issuer handles any conversion to your local currency.
How do I pay?
Checkout is processed securely by Stripe (credit and debit cards) and PayPal. We never store your full card details. See our Terms for more.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery then depends on your destination — see the Shipping & Delivery Policy for estimates and tracking details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Import duties or taxes set by your country are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I return something?
Yes — most unused items can be returned within 14 days. Sealed paper products must be unopened. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
Where can I find paper specifications?
Every product page lists size, paper weight (gsm), page or sheet count, binding and whether the item is refillable, so you know exactly what you are buying.
Do you offer bulk or studio orders?
